What's a good response to the "I can't make Wednesday. How about another time?"

If she asks "how about another time?" then treat her like any other human being and work out a schedule with her. She wants to meet you, and I honestly don't see a problem with compromise.

Usually my response would be along the lines of "Okay, how about Tuesday or Thursday next week?" If she's genuinely busy, then ask her for a day she's available. If she picks the day, then tell her you'll pick the place.

Reschedule but never give a girl choices. Contrary to some of the other advice here, giving choices kills attraction.

If I were you, I would text back "OK I'll text you later this week!" Then probably around Wednesday/Thursday text something like "Enjoying this week? Come meet me for a drink at [bar] tomorrow at [8]!"

Tell her another day you want to hang out and say you will talk to her then. She agrees. You call her then. Simple.

Having a plan is a major part of the battle. One general said "No plan survives contact with the enemy." so it's OK to alter the plan as long as you approve it.

Say "OK, Looks like Thursday and Sunday are open, how about you?" Always lead. If she blows off those days then ask when she's free. If she won't commit then tell her you'll try again in a few weeks and maybe her schedule will calm down. That can be YOUR shit test. If she says "OK" then she's probably not interested. If she says "wait, let me check" then you're in.
