I know it's generally wise to stay away from women you work with. However I work at a restaurant where people are constantly hooking up with each other, so I figure it's about time to jump in. There is an HB8 that I've had my eye on since I met her. She's the really sweet, non partying type of girl. However she is quite a pot head ( as am I). I've always kept our conversations light and fun, but never progressed anywhere. She usually works morning, I work nights, so I rarely get to see her. My problem is that I don't know how to start to progress with her. I could use your wisdom sedditors. Thanks in advance.
