What? No; of course not. No talking on the dance floor. It's all push-pull, having obvious fun, smiling, and building kino. Don't talk; you'll look stupid. The best thing you can do for yourself is have more fun than her while also building kino.

I personally don't like grinding, so I don't do it. But my gut instinct here is that it's essentially foreplay and as such you wouldn't say more than you would say while engaging in foreplay with a girl at her/your house. Just enjoy it, make strong eye contact occasionally with her and go for the kiss ASAP then drag her away from the dance floor to a quieter area of the club for some conversation and/or bounce to another venue where it's quieter.
