Hey Seddit, where do you guys go to get your hair cut?

Don't know what the hair cuttery is, but if it is a great clips type place I wouldn't recommend it. I would go to an actual stylist and pay the 25-50 or whatever and have them recommend something. If you are in a big city then it will be more. I would also recommend getting a gay dude to cut your hair (if he looks like he has a good hair style) because A. he likes dudes and know what looks good on them and B. he is a dude so he has a better understanding of men's hair styles then a women would.

I hate using anything beyond shampoo and conditioner. Gel and all that stuff is irritating for me. Because of this, I just go to a normal barber. I have curly hair, too, so there isn't much I can do :)

My ex told me "When I go to a hair salon, I look for the stylist with the most tattoos/piercings." I have also found that they tend to do the best jobs. (Note that neither of us have any piercings/tattoos ourselves.) As a result, there's a punk themed hair salon where I get my hair cut.

Last time I went in, I said to my stylist, "I don't know what you did, but since my last haircut, I've had better luck with the ladies." He said, "You're the third person to tell me that today!"

Floyd's Barbershop

they have locations all over the place, the decor inside is punk-rock-ish, the stylists are all pretty damn good, they give you a massage at the end with this electric buzzy thing, and price is not bad ($25-30).

I have my friend cut it to like a quarter inch and let it grow out. I always get showered with compliments after I get it cut.

Local barber, pretty much anything is better than great clips/supercuts but its hard to just recommend one place since everyone has a different barber/stylist. When I first got the haircut I have now I asked a female friend to chose a picture of a haircut that would look good on me and showed it to the barber, it's worked pretty well for me so far.
