I have the same exact problem. I've had several "boyfriends", but it's >usually me being infatuated with a guy and him using me for sex. If I start to go out with a guy and he starts to show interest in me or tell me he likes me and wants to be my boyfriend he's instantly unattractive to me. I know it's not fear of commitment because I want a boyfriend I don't know what's wrong with me!

This is why we learn to play the game.

Seriously, what happened down the line in evolution to make women like this?

I had this same problem in grammar school/early high school. The first time a boy asked me to be his girlfriend, I threw up immediately after.

Oh man, that would not be good for his confidence. Poor guy hahaha!

That's one girl, with one opinion and who clearly has some issues. Overall people do want to know that the other person is interested (to a point) so it's important to drop a few IOIs of your own in any interaction.

In fact, that's the whole principle of push/pull. The pull half is you dropping IOIs and letting the girl know you'r interested. Unfortunately, you also need the push half (negs, disqualification) because people like the "thrill of the chase". Personally, I'll go for the easiest girl in any given scenario, the one who's the most into me. Fuck the chase.
