Sedditors, I have quadriplegia and I need your help!

Just wanted to say you're the man for not letting something like quadriplegia keep you from strengthening your game.. humbles all of the whiney posts that are like "help I don't have a car, help I live at home, help I'm unemployed".

On the other hand I saw a documentary about quadriplegia/paraplegia and there were some dudes in the video that had serious game!!

Kino is useful because it is non-verbal escalation, but it is not entirely needed if you can escalate verbally.

You can just say "Hey come rub my shoulders" or "My hands are cold".

You can initiate the touch verbally by commanding them to touch you, which might make more sense for you.

A really big realization for me was that you don't need to be covert or hide your intentions with kino, in fact that works against you. You are touching her hand because you want to touch her hand, because it feels good and you want to get physically closer. There is no need to hide this.

So if you want to touch a girl, just say "Hey come here so I can rub/massage/hold your XXX".

Telling a girl what to do (within reason) is good game. So, yeah, tell her to sit next to you, if things are going well and you're having a conversation (I do this sometimes, myself, pretending to really notice my target for the first time..."Hey, I haven't talked to you at all tonight. Come here. Sit down."). Likewise, getting them to lean down to be closer to you, which you can do explicitly or by simply talking quieter (be careful with this one, though, you don't want people to zone you out because you're talking quietly; I've seen that happen).

Isolation may also be harder for you, since you can't physically corner her or drag her off away from the group, without it being weird.

So, picking up in places that are quieter and low-key may be a better bet than bars and loud clubs (no harm in trying, though; I don't actually know how it would go, but loud club pickup in my experience is predominantly a physical game). Though I suspect at parties where you can show up with a lot of social proof (i.e. being friends with lots of people there) you could have good results.

I know a guy in a wheelchair who seems to do alright (I don't know him well enough to know if he's actually scoring or if all those girls are just being nice, but he certainly knows a lot of girls, and they approach him when I've gone places with him) by being involved in a lot of stuff. He's a teacher at a community art center, he takes classes himself all the time and for as long as I've known him, he volunteers with an organization helping the homeless and people with special needs, etc. He knows a lot more people than I do because of it. Random people come up to talk to him every time I see him out and about, because they know him from one of his classes or somewhere. It's fantastic social proof. He also has a strong identity as an artist, and people introduce him that way. Anybody can benefit from that kind of lifestyle and having a strong/memorable identity, but I think it's probably even more important in your case, since you're working against significant physical constraints in your approaches and escalation.

So, up the ante on the other stuff we do for attraction...just like a blind person's hearing and sense of smell and touch become more finely attuned, you should tune up your social proof, your circle of friends game, and your DHVs by doing more awesome stuff, so your targets are more likely to want to get closer to you to figure you out.
