Here's a good message: Normally I don't message strangers on here, but you were on my list of 'People who you should add'. And you look familiar. Were you at XYZ church on DATE?'

If you add her on Facebook when you haven't spoken to her is doomed to fail. She'll think you're desperate and a social freak who add every person he gets eye contact with. Try to meet her again, maybe next time in church, and at least say "Hi" to her.

Do NOT add her to Facebook if you've not said a word. It's all sorts of creepy. Go to church again, and this time try talking to her.

For future reference, the ideal move would have been to excuse yourself from the conversation and approach her when you made the powerful eye contact. She would have been putty in your hands.

Talk to her definitely. I'd try the sly, "Hi, my name is Derp" approach. She'll never see that one coming.

I wouldn't add her to Facebook just yet. Say hello first and see how it goes. I wouldn't add her to FB until your relationship status changes.

Often times I wont add a girl (that I'm interested in) until she reliably hangs out with me and seems eager to see me. The alternative is to wait for her to add you, either way it implies that you've already had a bit of contact with her.
