Start hanging out with this new girl in my major at my Uni. She's about HB6 or 7, more of the cute quirky thing going on. Personality is the major attraction here, is really ambitious, spontaneous, positive, etc.

Anyway, hung out in group settings doing homework, no flirting or anything. A week or so later she starts to text me to come over to hang out with her in her new place. I kept pushing it back because of work or a prior social obligation. The next day I get a text saying "I'd really like to see you." We arrange to hang out that night and she was pretty persistent with calling me when I told her I would get off of work (I ended up getting off an hour late). I get to her house, she's hanging with roomies and dude friend. We go on a beer run and she tells me she'd rather it just be us in her room listening to music and drinking. Eventually everyone leaves and we proceed to get pretty drunk off some beer and a bottle of wine. Conversation is mostly getting to know each other, funny stories, plans about the future. No obvious flirting, beside the fact that we are in her room at 2am drinking wine.

Eventually she has to go to bed and tells me I can sleep over, but drunkenly says "No kissing or anything, let's keep it professional." I decide not to sleep over and walk home.

Next day she text messages me saying how she enjoyed the night, about how the hangover was worth it and sweet dreams. Later on she text messaged me asking "What I was wearing" and told she "Ahh, that so cute". Text game ends but picks back up when she randomly texts me "hey there cutie". Text game ends for the night after pretty basic text interaction.

The next day, her text game doesn't include names like cutie. We go out for a quick bite to eat, that I suggested but she called to plan. It was a short interaction but left me wondering where I stood because she told he she hung out with some guy last night (no indication of sexual, could be a legit dude friends) and about how some dude wanted to hang out with her but she said she didn't want to.

Night ends early, because she's really tired. Now I'm developing oneitis and trying to figure out if I'm just in the friend zone or not.
