I've been working hard, literally work has me by the throat but thats alright.
That aside I wanted to share something with you guys who feel your "physical" looks aren't 10. I've cleaned up, lost a lot of weight and really been working hard at the gym (I'm not some jersey shore douche) so I am MUCH more presentable than I have ever been. I'm in my late 20's and realizing time is fucking slipping by. One minute your playing rock n roll the next your stuck in route 1 traffic trying to get home and wondering what the hell happened..trust me.
All that to say I know many of you have been (hopefully) working on hygiene, if you haven't here's your chance. The best part about having older sisters is they know cosmetics.
Guys if your face looks like shit because of pimples or you have an oily face: grab Biore Revitalize 4-in-1 Self Foaming Cleanser in a pump bottle. Wash at least once a day. It does everything. Every other day grab St Ives Apricot Scrub (blemish & blackhead control) It exfoliates and feels awesome. Use repeatedly on schedule and watch your face look and feel softer, cleaner.
So my face started looking like I was a kid again, I got a tight haircut (I have a receding hairline so its been a challenge to find something that works for me..pro tip: the shorter the better) and started buying well fitting clothes.
I began to look at women and men (r/ladyboners) what common attributes do all these guys have that you may share? It really is the little things, with both women AND life. So I started small, bought a pair of tweezers and slowly began to pluck my own eyebrows. Nothing crazy, but enough to clean up and thin out, BAM simple step, big results. Get on that.
Next, I don't have much else I can change on me but one thing I always dug on chicks with good looking, healthy lips. I tried out a couple and landed on Blistex Medicated Lip Balm in the green package. It makes your lips look great without that oily mess and it lasts. Not a bad idea to have some with you though for when you go out, I carry mine all day and apply as needed.
I haven't found answers to a lot of my personal hygiene questions yet but my hope is you guys will take some initiative and really pay attention to the results, it work.
peace.
Edit: for god sakes, go grab Crest whitening strips, follow instructions and watch your teeth get much whiter. I've done that for about a year and notice a huge difference. I'm saving up for the trays. Pay once for the tray fitting then buy the whitening gel as needed. This is as suggested by my Dentist. My dentist charges $300 for the fitting and comes with the first set of gels.
Edit 2: Just went to target & for $6 picked up a new Nair Men's Spray hair remover. application time 4 minutes while in the shower (obviously not in the water stream) I applied to certain patches with the intent to thin out, left it on for about a minute max 2minutes. It did a nice job of leaving the hair but thinning out the man scape. I wanted the little hair on my shoulders and back to be totally gone but slow, night by night experiments till I get it all right: lets not rush a good thing.
