I am constantly seeing tons of women at my local supermarket that I would love to ask out, but generally don't know how.

Usually I just choke before I break the ice because they seem busy. Sometimes though, I've talked about cooking or tried to share a laugh with them when theres an obese lady clogging up the isle, or whatever, just to break the ice. But, once that's out of the way, I can't ever seem to get to the point where asking for a number seems appropriate.

I try to keep it concise and clean...but I never hit the point where I get IOI's. There's something uncomfortable about being that blatant, and sometimes they just seem too "on the go".

Ladies' opinions would be especially appreciated.
