Porn usage can lead to severe problematic conditions, but it does not have to. Depends on the way you use or abuse it. But chances to fuck up your life because of porn are always there.

You sound like someone on his way into the negative experiences of porn. Are you suffering from it? Quit porn cold turkey never go back. Moderation is unlikely to work.

You have to redirect your psychological energy. If our spergs instead of fapping lazered their thoughts on getting a 315 deadlift they wouldnt have these problems. Also if you fap your weak as fuck.

Write down a list of things you can do to be good to yourself. If you struggle to write anything beyond “watch porn” - you’ll have a hard time to let go of “the only thing that makes you feel good”. Go and learn what it is you really want from life. Keep watching porn as long as you have to. But build a life that is too awesome to waste hours on watching random people fucking. Your urges will go away, once your life is awesome enough.
