Here's a free tip:

Watch a girl's body language, if she's orally fixated, a k-close is easier.
Like anything else in seduction you have to plan for it. So, for example, if you are at a bar, sit on the opposite side of her from the bartender. That way to get orders and drinks you have to reach across her space, putting you face to face with her. At some point a k-close is easy to make happen.
