Lol dude, even though it's completely innocent, you're talking about your cousins helping you get laid. That could get awkward...

But with all that said, if they are so interested in helping you out, there's plenty they can do:

hang out and have fun with you, making you look popular and giving "social proof
briefly interrupt your "set" by coming in and asking if you've seen person X, thanking you for being so cool, say "here's your drink" and getting out of there.
in the case of a "2-set", they could occupy the "obstacle"s attention while you are isolated with your "target". this is probably the single best thing they can do--play dancing monkey with your targets friends while you get a chance to know your target better.
they can drop hints about an afterparty where you can bounce to later.
in some bizarro world universe they could somehow spike a girls attention in you by commenting on your sexual prowess. I have no idea how this is a feasible idea but all the more power to you.
finally, they can literally cold-approach hot girls for you and talk you up, saying "omg you have to meet my cousin he's so awesome" blah blah blah.
ultimately you will have to rely on them to get te fuck out of your way and not get too involved in your life. This is man stuff we're talking about here.

Just having them around you when you go out will be a huge help. Apart from that I wouldn't worry about it too much at first, it's best just to make sure the three of you are having fun so that they'll keep wanting to do it.

The best type of female wings are the ones who can stimulate jealousy in other females. The best way for them to do this is for the two of them to just be seen having a great time with you. Other girls will notice.
