I get a decent amount of eye contact from women these days but a lot of times the encounters are in passing and last no more than a few seconds. You know, walking by a girl at the gym, at the grocery store, or on campus.

I have trouble finding ways to stop them and initiate. There's this AFC voice in my head that tells me "All you can do is say 'Hi' and since you know nothing about her, you'll be in a conversational no-man's-land after that."

What are your ways to spark a casual conversation out of nothing?
