Forget about the fact that you are asian american and everyone else will as well. Pick the country based solely on the one with the hottest and most friendly girls and that is... Brazil hands down. Colombia and Venezuela also have super hot girls but picking up is a bit tougher there. Argentina is a big cock tease all talk little action. Peru, Chile, and Uruguay should be avoided due to ugliness. Paraguay is worth a look. Brazil however has amazing women of various types and ethnicity.

Chile, Peru and Brazil have significant Japanese populations (Peru even had a President of Japanese origin). People are friendly and the food is great. Brazil is obviously much, much more diverse than most South American countries though (just stay out of the favelas). I dunno much about Argentina.

I have lived in Argentina and I can tell you that a significant percentage of the women are ethnocentric (racist) and prefer caucasians. I do not mean to discourage you, but I have heard Argentinian girls specifically talk about how they find Asian men unattractive. This is not to say that it is rare for an Argentinian girl to like an Asian, just be prepared for an occassional bitch to act more coldly because of your race. Nevertheless, there are plenty of women there who find Asians and foreigners attractive.

If your main goal is to pick up girls, being part Asian, I would definately go to Brazil (although i have never been there) as the racial diversity there will not be to your disadvantage. The most attractive girls in South America in my opinion are in Brazil and Argentina, so you have the right idea.

Brazil is by far your best bet. The people are super friendly and the girls are easy. Argentina definitely has the hottest girls, but they are harder to get. Avoid Peru, ugly girls and unfriendly people.

Was in Brazil a week ago.

Go to the Bahia region. The most friendly people I have ever met. And I've travelled quite a bit.

The girls are SUPER friendly, AA should not be a problem. Also, Brazilians are pretty laid back on the sex bit. So thumbs up there too.
