Personally, I think this shows you have low standards.

Unless you guys have been talking for hours on end, you shouldn't know that much about a first date before the date. For all you know it could turn out that she is psycho.

Personally, I wouldn't want to meet at her place for wine without knowing her better (and if there was enough rapport for that when making the date, just set it for the wine at her place).

I think the issue seems to be you want more rapport than exists, which telegraphs that you place too much importance on getting laid.

This is the core of why qualification is so important....
