So I went to my local watering hole to have a beer or two after a long day at work, and started small talk with the regular bartender. She and I have chatted previously and she even showed some unrealized IOI's in the past (before I had discovered seddit). We ended up making small talk, comp'ed me a few beers, and mentioned how she wanted to celebrate finishing her senior design project and was graduating in a few weeks, and wanted to keep drinking but no one was around. I told her that I had quite the selection of beers/wines/liquors we would go back to my place and continue drinking. We get back, finish a bottle of wine, and I initiate light kino, rubbing her back and playing with her hair. I end up giving her a massage which she compliments me on, and at this point I say we should go to bed and I can finish the massage before we pass out. This was met with some resistance, and I played it off as best I could, but definitely was a tad awkward. Flirting and IOI's continue, while I work on some kino, continuing to play with her back. After gaining some confidence through IOI's, assuming attraction, and a bit of Glenlivet 18-year, I felt like it was time to k-close. This actually failed pretty hard. She didn't kiss back and I may have even tried again, but to no avail. We ended up chatting a little more, noticed the sun was up, and went to bed where we spooned. I gave her a ride home this morning, where conversation was casual, but I also didn't #-close and should have told her I expected a D2.

Any advice for what was basically my first FR after finding Seddit?
