Las Vegas or Los Angeles.

Los Angeles because girls try extremely hard to look the best and act the best they can. Not only that but there is such mindboggling amount of talent and value in this city at any given point that every girl knows that within 1, 10 or 100 miles, they could find at least 1,000 suitors perhaps just as capable as you if not more so. Whereas a 10/10 on the east coast might be happy to find an alpha male, in LA, a 10/10 will only settle for high value, high sex appeal, high confidence types. Value is the name of the game and it's a race to the top/bottom. The only way to win the game is to transcend it somehow...

Las Vegas because every 10/10 who lives in LV is either a stripper or a porno actress or a dancer or a card-shark or a bartender and they all think they are God's gift to mankind. Also it's hard because the other 90% of the population doesn't live there, and is there with their friends, and most likely you are their with your friends, so generally speaking you have to pay to get a room for the two of you which creates all sorts of last-minute hesitancy on her part. Oh and you will never see that girl again most likely which means that gaming is half as fun because it's only about sex which is rather dull once you can get it fairly easy.

Buenos Aires imo. The most insanely agressive men in the world and one of the best club scenes in the world. Also the women are like all 10's. The good news is their language is so sexy your blowouts won't feel too bad.
