My 2 cents is she's a tough cookie who works at a cash store and likes the validation of being seen talking to figures of power within the nightclub. My suggestion is not to visit her at her Cash4Gold or whatever but keep it in the home court where you have power and have a better chance of getting her attracted. To my mind you can't be seen as chasing a girl like this, especially if she wouldn't give you her number.

Edit: Also, nice banter on your texting, although I'm uncomfortable with how you grabbed her number from somebody else. It subcom's that you value the interaction more highly than she does, which isn't attractive. Imagine if some girl has been asking for your number and then grabs it from your buddy and starts texting you, you would think she's super into you.
