If it really is just too freakin' loud to talk without basically putting your mouth to her ear, just say, "let's go (to the smoking area/front of club/just outside the club, wherever it's quieter)" & when you get there tell her you don't smoke (cocky funny, unopologetic), I've done this a bunch of times and-- presuming you have done the groundwork before of building rapport-- it's always met with a laugh & a smile. I usually sy something like, "yeah I coldn't hear you very well & this seemed like a good place for a quick chat"

Assuming you felt comfortable at the party rather than the bar. Pick a bar. Go there often. Get to know the staff and regulars. Comfort will ensue. Only bring girls there. Once you are comfortable at one bar other bars will be slightly more comfortable.

Basically get to know your surroundings. Once you know the lay of the land you will be fine. Like driving in a new city. Once you get the basics down you aren't so freaked out when you don't know exactly where you are.

You have to bring her to a bar you like and know. Don't just bring her to bring her. Have a purpose, like bring her to a bar where you know everyone. Or you like the a band that is playing.

I would say going from a party to a bar is backwards. Parties are more intimate, bars are harder to get into comfort building and escalation.

I would rather go from a party to a more intimate place, i.e. a park, a late night eating spot, a beach, or a lookout spot.

I love taking girls to the beach at night, very romantic, yet you aren't going somewhere to fuck, it is plausible that you just like hanging out at the beach.

Venue change even if it's within the bar. My go-to bar has 5 different levels, so if I meet a girl on the karaoke level or the dance level I can take her to one of the quieter levels or the rooftop patio to isolate, escalate, and converse.

Just dance? You don't need to talk to someone to seduce them. Just take her hands and pull them up to your neck.

I find that in clubs and bars where it's loud, it's a good excuse to get close and get some kino going with the girl without too much suspicion as to your intentions. That's just me, though. It's much better when the bar is full or crowded then you can go around talking to everyone and make your way to the girls you want to talk to :)
