Hey all,

So through my time of the ever slow transformation from beta to alpha I've come across every day situations to help people improve their every day frame. Feel free to tell me I'm wrong or contribute, I don't care. But I'm sure that some of the guys on this board will no doubt find some of this information helpful.

This post is less geared towards "how to win womenz" and more about how to carry yourself in a red pill fashion in your every day life. By allowing the time to train yourself to handle every day situations as alpha as possible it will become second nature to assert the simplest things in your life.

This is an alternative to the standard "work out and clean yourself up" advice that others give. The things below can be things that can net you immediate results as you wait for the exercise to start making a difference.

  • Stand and sit straight up.
  • Look everyone in the eyes when you walk by them and acknowledge their existence. Don't look at the ground, don't look away, and don't act like you didn't see them. Speak up to them. Greet that person firmly and openly. Make the first move here, male or female. Say "Hello" instead of a quick and quiet "Hey".
  • Speak slowly and distinctly; and enunciate everything. Do not use rushed speaking. Instead of "Hey, what's up?" say "Hello, how are you today?"
  • Make the first move on every encounter.
  • Always speak up. If your burger at your restaurant came with an ingredient you didn't want, speak up directly to the waiter or waitress.
  • Stop fucking whining.
  • Learn to differentiate between when you have spoken your peace and when you have started whining.

I'm sure others may have some tidbits to add here.
