There's a girl that I've met a few times now in the last couple of weeks. I kissed her once before but haven't done anything else since then, mostly because we haven't really had the chance to hang out any since then. She usually texts me once every few days and even though she almost always texts first I talk for a while. Tonight we were texting and she says, "You frustrate me." I was confused and asked why, and she says, "You're just so oblivious, aren't you?" I said, "Yeah, honestly I am. I admit it."

The whole thing got me thinking cause this has happened with other girls too. Am I doing the whole selective thing right? In her specific case I feel like I have a green light right now, but I'm trying to not just jump into it as soon as I possibly can (making her wait a little will just build up some anticipation I figure). But in general, is it possible to be too aloof? I don't want to follow women around like a puppy dog, but I don't want them losing interest thinking I'm a lost cause either. I just want to put up a good fight before these girls can have me lol. Does anyone have any tips or guidelines for knowing how distant to be without being too distant? Thanks for the help in advance! :-)
