I went to a big nightclub this past weekend and the place was loaded with huge sets of girls. This proved difficult for pick up as all the girls roamed in large packs, and I had one sole wingman. A lot of the girls here have a "girls night out" mentality.

Logistically, this club is only accessible by car and since this is a college town, most girls come in cabs or cars filled with 4+ girls. Thus, this club tends to attract more "big sets" rather than the ideal "2 sets". Many girls come here with their friends to dance and attention whore, not necessarily to hook up, so it's a bad place for pick up.

This made me realize that irrespective of your game, venue selection is key. Aaron Sleazy has always stressed the importance of venue selection when looking for one night stands.

I discovered a local venue that is perfect for pick up:

  • It's adjacent to a party school with a 2 to 1 female to male ratio.

  • It's a dive bar with cheap drinks. Lots of drunk college girls.

  • It's small. This keeps out the attention whores who go out in large groups to take pics for Facebook and dance in circles as these types gravitate towards the mega-nightclubs. Lots of 2 and 3 sets.

  • It's got a great setup. There's a quieter area to run verbal game and a dance floor to escalate physically.

  • It's within walking distance to the "student ghetto" of dorms and houses where all the college kids live, so logistics are ideal for taking a girl home.

  • It's in a college town. Unlike in major cities, there isn't a huge cohort of thirsty professional cats to compete with. Most of the older 25+ dudes in this town are married or in serious LTRs.

  • This particular dive bar is underground - so no cell phone service! This means girls are forced to interact with the environment around them instead of texting and being tethered to their smartphones.

All these factors make it a goldmine for players looking to score with college girls.

The guys who are struggling with night game are going to the wrong bars and clubs.

I've now decided that I will never again go to the first night club and only go to the second dive bar.

I'm interested in hearing from the guys here. In your experience, how important of a factor is venue selection in scoping for DTF girls and racking up lays? Are there places where you NEVER pull, and other places that you ALWAYS pull?

IMO, being at the right place at the right time is just as important as your "game" itself.
