I actually thought this was a joke at first, and after realizing it probrably wasn't must agree... Definitely the AIDS joke.

If that is all the text history I think the fact that she stopped texting at that point might have shown that even if she didn't believe you, she is almost certainly, very unsettled with a comment like that.

EDIT: Especially because after 2 days she texted you (assuming there was no communication in those 2 days). You still had her interest. But also...don't joke about AIDS.

I assume the whole AIDS joke was you trying to deflect a possible shit-test, but sometimes, I think it's okay to answer an alleged shit-test truthfully (especially since she thought u were gay).

I agree with most of the responses here that you should have NEVER made the comment about AIDS, thats a sure way to end things in a hurry. I once mentioned shortly after meeting a girl that I had to get an HIV test weeks prior to us meeting and before you know it, things were over. I learned my lesson and it looks like you have learned yours.

This is why I hate text game, you walk a very narrow line.

When she spoke about the band you should have simply said you liked them too or asked what else she was going to do there.

When she says you have a sex addiction you should have ignored that IMO. Infact you could have left it after that for a bit.

The homo/aids things, I think, isn't as bad as people make out. It just isn't something that can EVER work through text. You have to use the right type of humour with the right personality, IN PERSON.

I've met plenty of girls with truly wicked sense of humours but still look like angels.
