My advice would be to just strike up a conversation with someone else nearby. No warning or goodbye necessary, just turn and burn. Prove your worth to the first set of women by showing them you talk to who you want to, when you want to. You've got important things to say and everyone wants to hear them. Ignore that they were ignoring you. Make them think they made a huge mistake by not including you in their conversation, as you've gone and found a new set, and they're simply out of luck.

Dollars to donuts one of them tries to reel you back in by directing a comment at/to you and giving you a clear opportunity to rejoin the circle. Acknowledge this window with a look, a head nod, or kino if you're still close enough, but don't take the bait. Make it clear you've heard them, but make it clearer that you plan to see your new conversation through as long as you'd like.

You're on your own time, not theirs. Don't get in the habit of eating their conversational table scraps when you've got this huge feast everyone should be dying to get a taste of.

If they don't give you the invite back in, good riddance. Continue to float around like the goddam life of the party that you are. More opportunities for approaches, and more chances for people to take interest.

I took a girl on a date, and her friend showed up and they just started gossiping (It's quite normal for girl's.)

So I got in their face, spoke up and said, "HEY! Who are we talkin' shit on! Lemme in on this!" Worked perfectly, wasn't ignored past that.

Opened a 3 set last night with something as simple as "hey do one of you ladies have a light?" Me and my buddies ended up dancing with them all night. Lol and the kicker is I definitely had a lighter
