Nope, that's second chance material.

My rule is if she reaches out to me ahead of time so that I'm not wasting my time or money with a genuine reason, second chance. If you have to reach out to her or if it's very close to the agreed time, hard next.

I would view that as considerate but she's not scoring points with you. If she didn't waste anything of yours don't act like she did, also. If it happens again, I'd just write her off as incapable of keeping commitments. Keep in mind that she should be trying to make up for this

Whatever you do, do not say “hmm I’m not sure about Thursday, i might be busy” or anything of that nature. She offered a day to reschedule. If you say this it’s going to seem like you’re being a try hard and she will know this.

Plan for Thursday and if she flakes again then don’t waste any more time on her.

She rescheduled so you're fine.

In my situation, I'm dealing with a flake but she's the receptionist at the gym. You better believe I'm going to make her job a living nightmare if I see anything wrong while at the gym. Nobody flakes on my high value ass and gets away with it.

Since she offered a reschedule I would certainly take her up on it. It does show a level of genuine interest. If she flakes again then just delete her and move on. Don't let it negatively affect you.

I would say something like I'm not sure and I need to check, impling you have other plans more importent than her, later on just tell her you checked and it's good and you free.

You can also tell her that you need her to confirm her coming ahead of time cuz if not you might have other plans (or even other chick you want to meet) thus showing she isn't importent and you have options.
