So, I usually write about inner game. And hobbies are extremely important for developing yourself into a full, interesting, happy, independent person.

But it doesn't stop there.

Your hobbies aren't just something that make you more interesting, and more happy. To be honest, if the benefits stopped there, they'd STILL be awesome.

But, where your hobbies REALLY shine in terms of outer game and the world at large, is when you start to leverage the wealth of social options and activities that open up because of your hobbies.

I started dancing. Then I had something in common with every female dancer, EVERYWHERE. I got into improv comedy. That gave me a link to people in theater. I took up cooking, and that in itself has a ton of easy date ideas attached to it, along with tons of girls who also like making delicious food.
