Listen man, no one can teach you how to kiss. That's one of those things that's done differently every time depending on mood, weather, astronomical position of the earth, etc... Eventually you develop your rhythm, but in order to do that you have to take the plunge and figure it out as you go. Let emotions do the work, they'll tell the body what to do.

Play it safe and pick a lip. Imagine you are taking a mouthful of water out of a glass with a bunch of ice cubes in it, and you dont want to eat the ice cubes. Adding tongue usually happens, but don't force it, play the mood. If you do add tongue, pretend your bottom lip has a smaller siamese twin that happens to be a tongue. Hope this helps

Here is a tip:

The two biggest things I hear from girls when talking to them about their past kissing experiences is guys shoving their tongue down their throat right away and too much slober. Avoid those two and just go with the flow and you should be good.

Easy does it. Have confidence in the fact its not as complicated as the "experts" say. What feels good for you will most likely feel good for her. So dont just get in her face.

Gently touch her neck. If she doesnt back off, green lights on. Guide her gently with ur hand. Angle ur head slightly, as if you are signaling for landing. Lightly press ur lips (dont pucker up like u would your mother.) Then press harder if you u must.

If you muuuuuust French. Slightly open her lips with yours. And slowly let her tongue meet yours. Don't just stick it in there without warning. If her tongue gives you the go ahead (you'll know)... then have fun.

The best advice I can honestly give you is to stop thinking aboutit and just doing it. Seriously, your instincts know exactly what needs to be done in order to mate. If you feel too self-conscious, escalate your way up. Exchange pecks on the cheek, then go for the lip, then open up your lips a bit... just relax, let it happen and enjoy yourself!
