Hey, I'm new here, and still very a much a beginner when it comes to game. I wanted to see if anyone can relate to these feels I've been having. I read Seddit and other dating advice, not to be the guy at the club that brings home girls every night but because I'm just trying to meet a girl and land a solid relationship.

I see a lot of posts about getting over approach anxiety. Most of them focus on AA from the standpoint that guys are afraid of being rejected. Their ego or emotions just can't handle rejection so they don't put themselves out there. While that certainly applies to a large number of people, I think there is another very important side to this story that I don't hear anyone else talking about. Has anyone considered the fear of success? I suppose it's related to, if not part of escalation anxiety. But I ask you Seddit, is there anyone else out there who feels this way? Are YOU afraid that she'll say yes?

I think it's important to consider this angle because if you do have any fears about the girl saying yes, then you really need to work those feelings out. I certainly see it as a combination of inner and outer game problems. As I've started to look into this idea myself I've learned some important things about my troubles with women and I'll elaborate on a personal level with a comment.
