So I'm in a weird spot. After doing PUA/seduction for about 6 months now, going out consistently and talking to women, I feel like I've gotten a lot better. But I have a problem, and can't seem to find anything on this subreddit about it.

So. Here's the deal: I can approach a girl with little to no anxiety, flirt, kino, get her number etc etc, but when I meet up for a date, I get anxious as fuck. It's more of an internal anxiety. I don't act nervous, but I feel nervous. And it's seemingly for no reason. The date is almost always great, conversation flows perfectly, touching and sexual tension, so I have no reason to be nervous that I can perceive. But I end up getting more and more anxious as time wears on and by the end of a night, I'm practically a nervous wreck. Dry mouth, shaky, fast heartbeat, chest pain, the whole nine yards.

I hoped that this problem would go away as I spent more time with women but I can honestly say it hasn't. Would it be wise to seek psychiatric attention?
