Post only photos that look like a professional took them.

Take pictures with your friends doing awesome unique things.

Pictures of other countries.

Pictures with other hot girls.

edit: Do not post pictures of your fucking food. I repeat DO NOT. Only exception is a $200 dollar meal with gold leafs.

I have trouble understanding the first part: Do you want to meet women that also come from your country that live in the country you currently live in?

If this is the case also those that grew up there (parents migrated there)?

I’ve found displaying something you’re passionate about and being able to express it in the description will at the very least peak their interest. There’s a million thirsty dudes DMing them dick pics, don’t do that. project confidence in what you post, make sure your account is public so they can scroll through and check you out. I have met a few women off Instagram and when asked about why they agreed to meet a serial killer (jokingly said with a smirk) from the internet they all said I wasn’t begging them for nudes and seemed interesting like I had something to teach them. Social media is a great tool for many things. But don’t let it become you’re only source of anything.

You need interesting pics with the following characteristics:

You being a clear master in a high value role. Like black belt BJJ dominating on the mat. Or master chef plating a 3 michelin star meal

You and a couple of dude friends (no more than 2 in the picture frame) chilling and having fun.

You and some hot chicks at a cool music event.

Just sprinkle in your hobbies and lifestyle and you're golden.

You only really need 15or so pictures to have a legit IG. Butwhile you're actively using IG to recruit, you should have 3 recent pics (last 4 months).

Pictures of you doing fun stuff that is out of the ordinary helps. Met a few girls on there myself, but not enough to warrant using it as a dating site. Take a few candid/pensive shots of you NOT looking at the camera with famous landmarks in the background. Dress nice and wear clothes that fit. Action shots are always a nice touch. Pic of you about to pick up a beer or cappuccino at a table sitting at a cafe outside, waiting on a train at a station or walking down a street/through a park. Sounds weird, but it works and creates opportunity for questions from girls like, “Where are you headed?” or “What is that you’re drinking?” Get one or two with you petting a dog. DO NOT pet a cat. Cats are cool, but are also feminine. Dogs are more masculine (You should smile while petting/holding some random dudes dog). Label each picture of where you are only. No more than a few words about what you are doing. Make her think about it and ask you. Use best pictures/videos for your stories. They get a lot more attention. No more than 3 stories in one day!!!! High school chicks do 20 stories in 10 mins. Shows you to be needy. Have fun with it mostly. Remember that you want to show that you are fun to guys and girls. Become a magnet by living an interesting life and people will naturally be attracted to you.
