People aren't always in the mood to meet new people. Girls could want to be with their friends during their girls night and not to meet other people.

You have to accept that you can't get any girl at anytime, there are a lot of factors to take in account which you can't deal with. You could talk to a woman someday and she won't want to make the conversation keep going, then the next day she'll be very talkative with the same person.

This is not your fault, there are things you can't have control of. Tell yourself that if she's not interested in you there will be others who do. Just keep being yourself and don't let you be too affected by the ones who reject you for what you are.

Most guys seem to get one-itis as they begin. They either focus on one and never give up, or give up after one try after she was not interested.

Numbers game is key guys. Plant many seeds. Then, in the famous words of Seth Rogen, "you fuck the plants when they mature". Best way not to get one-itis on one girl who either A. You'll bore with constant attention and/or B. Wasn't interested to begin with. Have fun, try out your skills with every new girl you meet (that meets standards. Can't be pulling a Louis CK). It'll be like showing off a new toy, except it requires some skill. Soon, it becomes as fun as showing off a brand new Lambo would be (or, you should try to achieve this alpha mentality).

Sometimes because of personality type you have to give it a minute for her to open up. But if after a whole minute there's no sign of life, yeah you should excuse yourself.

This is a much missed point of a lot of the advice in here.

Guys need to know when to get out. Along with not having a connection, there is also the girl that flirts and texts you, but doesn't want to make the next step. It happens all the time here, a guy starts learning how to talk to girls, learning how to flirt, but he also needs to learn how to leave.

And the guy wastes a month of talking to this girl (usually texting) and seeing her a couple of times, but getting no where. He thinks she wants to do something, but he can't ever get her to go beyond holding hands or making out.

This is also a massive waste of time and effort. If a girl is has a lot of reluctance to escalating physically, like making excuses "I can't come back to your house today, but maybe next time.", or she just stops it randomly, then you need to move on.

She is playing some type of game and it's not worth your time.

100%. I've literally walked away from a girl in the middle of a conversation. I'll either just get her number and leave, but if I'm really not feeling it I'll excuse myself and say I have to go to the toilet or meet my friend. No one benefits from continuing a convo. However, the thing is that some guys don't know when to kill it. Theyll keep beating a dead horse and even if you get her number, she isn't going to text you back.

My whole life consists of me doing cost benefit analyses' in my head. I traveled to a new country for a week. I realized the day after I Kiss closed her that she was going to play the long game before sex. I didn't want to invest my time and would rather explore different opportunities. If she was 9 or 10 its be a different story
