We never actually hung out. But long story short she approached me at target in the isles, i kino'd her and got her number (day game). I set up logistics and she flaked the first time, i rescheduled once more (last chance) and she said she couldnt make it. I never texted back after that. This was 4 months ago.

How to go from here? Should I wait a few days to text back, should I text back tonight, do i jump straight to logistics? Or do i hit her with the "whos this?" (seems petty but ive seen it endorsed here) i can take a lot of routes from here but i trust your guy's advice.
