It is easy, but you have to have the right mentality.

Anyone in sales knows there is a pipeline aomewhat like this rough one I just came up with:

Haven’t Mets —> Mets (cold leads) —> warm leads -(big conversion rate here)-> first dates -(another big conversion rate)-> f close.

You need to constantly be putting people in your pipeline, and there will be a decreasing number of girls that make it through (both through your vetting process and also by hers). As long as you keep putting girls into the process and pushing them to the next level through minimal texting and logistics talk, it is easy in the sense that it consumes little time. This allows you to literally use this process to schedule as many dates as you can fit. I usually go on 3 or so dates a week.

Always ask them to come back to your place. Even if the vibe wasn’t quite right, it shows intent. Most of the time they come back ( I live walking distance to my favorite strip of bars and have honed my game a bit). If not, they know you aren’t a friend and that the offer is there for next time if there is one.

Moral of the story is to realize the sales funnel in the dating game and to load it to capacity and you will have 5+ plates in little time.

Okay people make it seem like it’s easier than it actually is. I think the media/movies/shows set the expectation for guys that it’s easy as 1,2,3. The reality of it is there are several factors involved.

Logistics: how far are you from the bar/club? If your going to Uber it for an hour it’s probably not going to happen if your bringing her to your place. If you live nearby you can use an excuse to bring her in.
Alcohol: how drunk is she? Never ever try to take advantage of a drunk girl and if you do it will backfire. Offer her to come and if she gives consent then perfect, however if you think that she’s not in the right state of mind to make a decision like that then don’t force anything, it’s better to leave then to catch some sort of allegations.
Friends/cockblock: if it’s a girls night out and there’s 4 of them and they plan on going back home and eating pizza your not gonna fuck them
Escalation/attraction: if you get a girls Instagram on the way out from the club your not going to create an excuse to bring her back to your place it’s just not going to work. Depends on how long you’ve talked, Type of escalation, comfort level.

There’s several factors and don’t overestimate your ability to bring a girl home because you’ve seen it in popular culture.

You definitely won’t open your door and then clothes start flying off as you aggressively make out. Your balls probably smell like rotten eggs and she’s gotta use the washroom & clean up.

Rather.. if you know you won’t get a same night lay then you should try to escalate as much as possible within reason and then get her Instagram and number and arrange to meet up again. I definitely have more success in the summer than winter. Also your going to have more one night stands in college with frat parties and where girls live alone and are seeking adventures.

How many guys do you see in the club? How many are dancing with girls? Out of those dancing how many escalate? A club full of 1000 people you might have less than 1 percent of people hooking up the same night. Correct me if you believe otherwise

Most sex is had through social circles/work. Engagement happened a little here, a little there over the course of at least a couple of weeks and then they run into each other at a bar... one thing leads to another, then sex.

One night stands are really hard and almost pointless. If you find a girl that's down for sex, then do it again! Often girls are interested in a relationship though, so it'll eventually fall apart.
