Do you have any really charismatic guy friends? Or any guy friends who are really friendly with people and have a lot of people to hang out with on a regular basis? How do they talk to you? How do they talk to other people? What types of conversations do you have. Conversations with hot girls should start the same way as conversations with anybody else.

Hey wowimclueless. Here's a tip that helped me overcome this problem.

I had similar struggles as you. My inability to just talk off the book really limited my success and relationships with everyone. I began to challenge myself. The challenge that I set for myself that helped me overcome this was pretty simple -

In conversation, sometimes I would get the urge to say something but I would just excuse it. So to progress, I started saying EVERYTHING that came to my mind ALWAYS. No matter what it was in what context.

It didn't start out so pretty. I said some weird things, which would have been fine if I had the confidence to back it up. What ended up happening is my mind got in this habit of just shooting off what I was thinking.
