Take charge. Learn some routes and suggest the group follow them. Talk to girls but lose the friendly overtones. Let the girls you talk to know that you want sex/ romance/ whatever it is you really want. Be confident, take a leadership role, be fun, be in the moment.

Basically all the stuff you are supposed to do anyway, but on a bike instead of standing up.

By the way, where are these bike rides?
