I read this kind of guide over and over and have worked my ass off to implement these things, but still have never got any interest in women at all despite being the best me I can be for over the past year and putting myself out there. I wish I could figure out what gives, as it is getting harder and harder to blame anything but my genetics.
I hope I just have a huge blind spot.

How many women have you cold approached in the past year?

What gives is your overall mindset. You keep inherently coming from a position of inferiority, despite nothing actually being wrong with you. Can't say I blame you for it, if people keep giving you negative reinforcement over nothing.
It's like some of those guys who are into bodybuilding, but they constantly put themselves down. Despite being physically fit, some of those guys still have a terrible inferiority complex.
How can you blame your genetics? Like, what gene specifically is causing your problems? Again, not blaming you for it, but it's simply something you're using to rationalize your problems. It's not your looks, it's your mentality. If you're coming from a position where you view yourself as inherently inferior, all of your thoughts, words, and actions will align to that belief, and that's what you'll project through your body language, vocal tonality, etc.
IMO take a chill pill. Relax for a while. I'm getting the impression that you're trying too hard. Have you tried meditating?

Bodybuilders don't have inferiority complex, they are just striving to become the best version of themselves they can be. Fitness isn't some finite goal, it's a never ending journey.

I'm not saying bodybuilders have an inferiority complex. I'm saying that there are some guys who grind and grind and grind, but despite making great gains, still beat themselves up for not working hard enough.

I understand what you're saying, I have a friend that went from skinny to huge in a little over a year. But now every time I comment and say he's getting big, he just says "nah I'm not even big man". Which is complete bullshit because we used to be the same size a year ago. I don't see how they have this mindset, because I put into a comparative perspective to people that have been working out longer than me, but with similar build/body type. I feel like he may be comparing himself to shorter, stockier, and wider frames people who DO look big versus slimmer, lankier, and more cut body types like myself and him.

Dude. Once again, I've SEEN your pictures and you're a good looking guy who seems to have things going for him. I'm gonna go ahead and correct your statement here:
....but still have never got any interest in women at all never notice it when women show interest in me despite being the best me I can be for over the past year and putting myself out there. because I don't address my own confidence issues and I continue to hang out with people who actively put me down and undermine my efforts at self-improvement.
As for this:
We've discussed this. You do. And you actively strive to maintain that blind spot even when it's pointed out to you. You're waiting for something before you start your life. I don't know what it is, though.

Not everyone is meant to be a player.

which has more to do with mindset and the overall vibe that's being projected.
the guy who's born without any limbs, Nick Vujicic? Genetically fucked. Hot-ass wife.

1 guy capable of doing something in billions isn't really an example of anything other than insane luck though. Either he managed to find a hot ass woman who is miraculously non-shallow, or he can somehow offer more value than Zues himself.
This is the shit that bugs me about all these looks discussions. People bring up ridiculously rich and/or famous and/or special case people as proof, when they are exactly the opposite; exceptions that prove the rule. Hot women can afford to be shallow. If you want to have sex with a physical 9, you have to be a physical 9 too 99% of the time.

What makes him a player exactly? He's married. Since when has a marriage been player-status
