This is a valid article. I think it correlates to the idea we promote on this sub that you need to have goals and pursuits in your life besides women. When pulling becomes the main activity in your life is when you reach this sort of emptiness.

From the article, regarding seduction:

...the overwhelming majority of guys who try this fail and are worse off with women afterward than when they started.

That's a strong position to take without offering any evidence to support it. If nothing else, learning about women teaches (or at least, it can teach) social skills. That alone is invaluable in helping you live the rest of your life.

The real question may be, "what are you doing with the rest of your life?" For too many people, the answer is "nothing". Seduction didn't create that problem, and definitely won't "fix" it.

One of the unfortunate aspects of the Reddit format is that great information gets swallowed very quickly.

This piece by user night just two days ago actually has a concise, constructive approach to learning pick-up while enjoying the rest of your life:

If you're not as successful at seduction as you would like to be, consider a change of venue

The article above (from the "zentransformation" blog) had a weirdly preachy, quasi-religious undertone, but I suppose anyone could say that about an article that is more abstract and offers "guidance" in the form of fire-and-brimstone admonitions. It was probably the choice of metaphorical language like "hell", "Zen", "Buddha", "dark places", "sitting on the brink", "you're already burning", "being absorbed", etc. that seemed a bit oddly pious. Mental image: "can you not see that this is dangerous?", shouts the high priest of pickup while pounding his copy of any book written by David Deida (or some other "enlightened" self-help guru).

The phrase "falling feels like flying on the way down" is great, though, for quite a few reasons.
