By seeing you as a high value person. A lot of factors in this, body language, physical attractiveness, social proof, confidence, passing shit tests, etc. Whatever it is, your interaction with her should imply that you have a lot of value in yourself, and thus are desirable. You don't have to be super witty/clever/funny, though I'm sure it doesn't hurt. Yes, there are indeed a lot of guys who can have this conversation. Believe it or not, girls can be attracted to more than one person during the night.

As for the kino thing, this is something you need to calibrate to match the mood and setting, but the basic idea behind it is if the women doesn't react negatively to your touch, you can move on to a high level of touch. Exactly how long after, you'll have to calibrate yourself, but obviously not rapid fire. Just read the dicarlo escalation ladder.

This is actually a pretty good question that I didn't know the answer to when I started, I just kinda trusted the process. BUT since then, I have got an answer to answer your question.

A conversation can create attraction by doing several things. One is by building rapport - a mutual understanding of things. This might be the reason you go for jogs, why you travel, the reasons/motivations you work. If she can connect on this level, she can see it being as more than a random passable encounter.

There's also breaking rapport. The way you set yourself apart from the other guys, and create that fun, and happy associated emotion from her to you.

Then yeah, Kino. Touching her. It's more or less a form of conditioning. You should look at the kino escalation ladder, that will answer your question. It's a process that lets you build up the amount and ways you can touch her.

TL;DR is more or less, build a connection, set yourself apart, have her find her reason to want to spend more time/see you again.

If I'm at a bar and were standing and talking, I have a very simple test. I'll pretend not to hear what she said, ask her to repeat it, and put my hand in her lower back as I lean in.

If she lets me leave it there for a few seconds, I know that she is comfortable with the idea of me touching her.

My friends and I (relationship-oriented rather than hookup-oriented) all get hooked by good conversation. If you're looking for a quick hookup you're probably better off doing heavy kino and straightforward compliments and strong game that way - girls who respond to that will probably sleep with you straight off the dance floor. With conversation, you're likely playing a longer game.

The key is cooperative kino. You touch her a bit non-sexually (jokingly push her or poke her in the course of conversation) and set it up so that she, also jokingly, pushes or pokes you back.

Escalate with gentle, nonsexual but intimate actions - fix her shirt, pick off dust or glitter (that may not exist), fix her hair. Those friendly things are non-threatening but get you in close and you can gauge her physical interest - does she lean in to you, or away from you? If she leans in or reciprocates, then you can take her hand, put your arm around her waist briefly to get her attention, touch her cheek while complimenting her dimple and looking into her eyes.

You're not talking a woman because you want a good conversation. You're talking to her to seduce her. Your conversation has to drive the seduction forward. Lots of guys get caught up in the conversation, and get validation from the woman expressing interest, so they get stuck in conversation and don't push forward. Escalation generates attraction.
