Absolutely not. Comes off super needy and lame. Have a 2 text rule. If you send 2 texts she doesnt respond, you stop texting.

IMO that makes you sound like you got butthurt which in turn makes you seem AFC. After they flake, move on to the next ones, don't bother "letting them know when you're done with them" If you were talking to 8 other girls, you'd be too busy with them to even think about the other girls that flaked on you.

I've told two girls this summer, both of whom were responsive in text conversations, to go fuck themselves; one because she, after a week of avidly texting me, refused to meet me (we had previosuly hooked up) and the other because she blew me off when i was running late (but on my way) to meet her. Both texted me back weeks later, the first to meet, the second to apologize. This wasn't the intended result. i just wanted them to know i was pissed off because they wasted my time and didn't really want them around anyway. Point is, respect yourself and don't be afraid to speak your mind. If it's genuine, people will sense it. You owe these girls nothing and yourself everything. Whatever you do, consider them cut from your life and carry on.

On the other hand, I hooked up with a girl who would want me to buy her and her roomate weed or alcohol and all kinds of shit. I would only share mine with them when we Hung out, and then she kept making excuses so I cut it off.

Month later she texts me.out of the blue asking me to find them a beer pong table for theory party. Not inviting me to the party. I simply said no. If she texts me ever again I'll tell her to get the fuck away from me.

It all depends on my investment in them. If it was just the beginning, I might not bother but if we went out for a while or even hooked up, then I'll give more effort to find out where we stand.
I like to dump them. If it's not working out, I text a short "I'm breaking up with you". If the girl holds on to me, I give her a second chance. If not it's over. Sometimes she tells me "You break up easy.". I reply with "yeah, if it's not working out, I don't waste any time". Sometimes she explains that yes she is busy but still she wants to meet up. So I lay off the pressure a bit. But you have to shake things up to figure out where you stand. They always come back with valid explanations or some lame excuses. If you decide to continue, she will respect you a lot more afterwards.
I don't buy into this bullshit "well if you had 10 girls you had no time for this one". Yes I might have 10 other girls but it all depends on investment on my part and her part which means I like her more than the other girls. If I invest my time, I'm willing to work on her a bit before I give up and if I do give up, I'd like to know that there was a legit reason to break up and not because of some misunderstanding.
