If doing the approaching is what works for you, then just stick with doing that. Why worry about girls who approach you if you have no problem approaching girls of your choice? Just use the fact that you get approached as a confidence booster, because 99% of guys will never be approached by women.

I don't see the problem sir. You don't have any problem talking to them but when they talk to you, it is a problem. I am missing the logic. When it is happening, close your eyes and relax, enter your zone for like 2 sec, open your eyes and start acting normally.

If they talk to you, ask them questions back. Obviously if they approach you, they're into you. The hard part is over. You could literally say anything.

If they dance with you, grab them by the hips or hands and direct them. Like i said earlier, if they make the approach, you can basically do anything. Shit you could grab them and kiss them most likely. If they look at you weird, just tell em you've been wanting to do that all night to her.

Do you have fear of actuall success? Does approaching THEM yourself actually give you any closes/feeling of "success"?

To me it seems like your brain spaces out because you tumble into a situation you aren't prepared for and thus don't know how to play it without the usual outcome.
