Is there such a thing as too much touching?

I'm generally a touchy person especially when I drink. Recently I know for a fact one girl was creeped out by my behavior (told a mutual friend). Gave my confidence a bit of a hit because I thought, wow I don't wanna be creepy.

As such I've reigned in the touchiness a bit. Now when I meet women I tell them it's a date. Not just hey let's hang out, but let's go out on a date.

hey, atleast if she thinks youre creepy she knows where your intentions are. maybe you need to work on the rest of your game. qualify yourself as someone especially awesome to be touched by. maybe youre touching for the wrong reasons? touch to get her attention or to make a point, to soften the blow of the subtle neg you just dropped on her...

It can be. The easiest way to tell is a girl's body language. Examine the way she responds to your touch, and try to adjust how and where you are touching her accordingly.

I'm surprised this is even a question, YES. Of course if she's super receptive there isn't, but when you're not getting good feedback you'd can come across as creepy as shit, especially if she's not comfortable enough.

Well yeah, if you can't get a level of attraction or rapport and you're touching her...its just gonna make her feel uncomfortable.
