You can meet people anywhere.

Dance lessons (try salsa or swing), grocery store, coffee shop, art gallery, club, bar, through other friends. Try a group fitness class.

Though the statement " I want to have fun, but I'm stumped as to how". makes me wonder if you need some time to rediscover yourself and see what you're passionate about.

Find one you like the look of in your classes and strike up some conversation. Go to parties at your uni. Make friends with girls and guys who are outgoing and party (but not "partiers" who do nothing else, fuck those trashy cunts). What are your hobbies? Go to something social related to that. If you like keeping fit, go rockclimbing and get partnered up with someone, go to a crossfit class, go to a parkour class, etc If you like travelling/wine go to a wine-tasting event. Go to some local music shows. etc etc

Most guys are vaginas these days so it's up to you whether you want to take initiative (which will work with little effort on your part if you are a 6 or above) or wait for one who has the balls to approach you.

I remember Matthew Hussey speaking about entrepreneurship and a simple rule came up "If you want more stuff... Do more stuff". In the same way we find women who dream of fame through acting, despite never having acted before, delusional, asking "How do I meet guys?" is easily answered by... "Meet guys."

Society likes to think that guys are meant to make the first move, but it doesn't mean we're any good at it. That said, knowing how to act friendly and seem friendly, while talking to strangers is kind of a skill of its own that is more difficult than a single reddit post's worth. You would be selling yourself short if you believed otherwise.
