I always tell my students that about a week before Christmas is the ultimate time to pick up younger women.

Single girls are feeling vulnerable, lonely and for some even homesick--all their friends are posting shitty Christmas sweater photos with their boyfriends, there are invites going out for that big New Years eve gala that they wish they didn't have to go stag too--hell they'd go with almost anyone cool, and because it's cold and wintery the vast majority of them have likely put on a few pounds since summer and are feeling self conscious--even if they are stunning. Throw in the fact that Uni girls are now done exams and have all this free time and most of them are out just shopping for gifts for LOVE ones, and you have the perfect storm.

It seriously is the best time of year to try day game if you haven't already or if you haven't gone out in a while. I always liken it to that one movie with Christian Bale, Reign of Fire (not the greatest movie, but it's pretty cool) where Matthew McConaughey talks about the magic hour--this one hour where the impossible feat of slaying a dragon becomes possible. Seriously if there was ever a time to really reach for a hottie now is that time gentlemen.
