How tough is it to find work at a nightclub or bar with a huge party scene if you already have a 9 to 5 that pays well?

I have a 9 to 5 that pays well but really want to work at a nightclub or bar with a great party scene, do not ask me why, it is personal and something that has to be done for me to die a fulfilled man. Take all your suggestions telling me to reconsider my goal and shove them up your ass, you're not changing my mind.
