Tinder is strictly about looks. Make your first picture count.

There's no set number of likes that is average or normal.

You're probably in a decent age range for tinder. I'm 19/m/white with a little extra weight on me. I've gotten 25 matches, probably liked several hundred. My profile pic is of me breathing fire so it might help. Of the 25, I chose not to message 5 of them, and didn't get responses from many of the ones I messaged. I have had actual conversations with about 7 of them, and been on one date as a result of Tinder(didn't go well, I didn't like this girl very much).

Try changing your profile, adding different pics, updating info on there

How long have you been on?

For the first month or so I only got maybe 5 or 6 matches. Now I get on average 1 a day. I didnt change anything. I think it just takes some time for the girls to get around to your picture.

I dont really have any tips on how to improve your odds because I have changed my pictures around and changed what my profile says, and nothing really makes a difference as far as matches go. Just have a good profile picture that shows your face and have a few after that showing that you have friends and do fun things. Doing anything more is over thinking it.

I'm also 25/M/Asian. I have around 308 matches. I don't take it seriously. Think of it as a way to improve talking to women. I've met up with a few and F-Closed right away. Show your personality through your pictures. No Selfies. Pictures of you having fun etc.

ive had 650 matches, sooo many numbers, but only 4 first dates and nothing beyond that. I'm 6'2, good shape, decent looking, but I think since Tinder is pretty superficial based youre not gonna get anything unless you look like a male model/body builder hybrid.

Ive had the app since September. Out of like 110 girls I've talked to, I've only met up with like 6 girls. fortunately with the "tinder implication" they were all worth it. I continue to see two of them on the regular.

Whatever you do don't just say "Hey" or "Hello There!" as your opener. You look like every other chump out there. Try using her name in a sentence, and if you have common interests definitely bring them up quickly in the conversation.

"Oh we both love Radiohead, it must be fate. My favorite concert of all time." Boom: opens up doorway to music/going to shows.
