I think I broke frame with my GF today. So we were sitting on a bench in the park when we saw her ex bf with a girl and another boy. When she noticed him she laughed and said ''oh, my ex'' in a degrading voice. I told her let's stand up and go for a walk. We did and we went past them. They didn't say HI or anything to eachother. But the problem is that when we were going back she wanted to go back by the exact same way we came even tho it was more indirect and longer. I was walking straight and she insisted to go left(the way we came) and even pushed me a bit. And I went left. They weren't there anymore. I told her I know you wanted to take that route because of him and she denied. Well for the rest of the date (30 mins before I told her I have to go, even tho I didn't) I was acting very cold. Answered her only with 1 words and didn't initiate convos. The last 10 minutes were spent in complete silence by both of us.
I was not acting. I really felt disrespected and couldn't bother talking to her.
When she got home she uploaded a pic of us, covered in heart emojis, on her instagram story. Then she sent me a pic of her crying and asked me multiple times what went wrong even tho I'm 100% sure she knows why I got mad. I responded that everything is ok.
Do you think I overreacted and broke frame? I realise I might have oneitis, even tho I said to myself I wouldn't get it before commiting to her. I have other options, that is not the problem.
