Unless music is her particular thing, I haven't found it to affect the outcome one way or another.
Most chicks I've been with who wanted music playing really dug Nick Cave for some reason.
Continue as you would without music.
It's pretty superfluous, in all honesty. But if it helps you keep rhythm or get your head in the game, it can't hurt matters.
The XX is pretty good mood music for scoring.

I always put on music during sex or when we're in my house at all. Partly to help the mood, mostly because I fucking love music, and partly to muffle our moans from my roommate.

The main goal dude is to play something with a good beat that matches the mood you want. I think music choice is more about letting her into your world than it is about "finding the perfect song". If you're into EDM, play some EDM man. Talk about why you like it, bring her into your world. People are saying R&B, and that's cool if you're into R&B, but if you hate it man, it's just throwing mixed signals at her and it'll make her uneasy.

For me, I usually like setting a calm, comfortable, sensual mood that has enough flair to surprise us every once in a while. It matches me. Bonobo is good. Parov Stelar is good. Jack Johnson is good (good for FWB or a gf, not good for fuck buddies). Mt. Eden is good. Phaeleh is good, but very slow. Pretty Lights are good. Adventure Club Dubstep. Nightmares on Wax can be good, but it's very downtempo (good for tired-sex). Liquid Dubstep in general is good, but specifically I like mixes from Going Quantum are good. For animal-rage-fuck, I put on workout music or tribal music.

I'm with him, R&b is the way to go here always. Pretty Ricky was my go to back in high school. I'm a huge fan of EDM as well. A great mellow song in that case would be: Bullet train- Stephen Swartz Air-Rougue

Alt-J, Kings of Leon, The Weekend, Arcade Fire, even some classical like Chopin is decent background noise. Music shouldn't be the main focus though
