Shit tests are a test of congruence, they usually measure how much of a man you are. You can either playfully say a witty comeback or state what you feel, like a man: "Well, I'm not wasting my time with someone who's going to spend the rest of the day trying to unsuccessfully make me uncomfortable; it's painful to watch." That doesn't mean you have to be disrespectful. Also, you don't have to say that textually, make her feel she's doing something dumb and move on.
If she apologizes and acts like a civilized person, you can move forward and literally fuck her. If not, figuratively, fuck her. You're more valuable, keep that in mind.

This probably isn't what you want to hear, but you shouldn't get involved with a girl like this. This reeks of insecurity. If you form any type of connection, she will make it her mission to make you as insecure as she is. Hell, she's already doing it. Fuck passing her tests, run away.

Well it's impossible to tell whether she really wanna be with you or not, since almost of these cues are non-verbal and really subtle, but I have an ingenious way finding out whether a girl likes me or not.
