your options:

1) fuck that, find a better girl that deserves you

2) make plans and regardless of her showing up or not, make plans with people or another girl who won't flake and when she texts you either to ask where you are or to cancel, text back that you're sorry(case 1 ) or that you don't mind (case 2) because you're already chilling with other people as you anticipated her cancelling. I'd probably do this myself because you can imagine it will drive her crazy and completely steals the frame.

3) give her a "last chance" . i.e. " this friday 7pm drinks at the bar, last chance. "

whatever you choose your mindset should be to not give a fuck about her because otherwise you will convey neediness. not sexy !

Make plans for the same evening/night. Don't make anything too formal. Just say "Grab a drink tonight?" or something like that.

If a girl likes you, she'll go out with you. Don't chase too hard or you just make yourself look needy. Wait a few days in-between asking her out.

Also make sure you push, don't just pull pull pull. Tease her for her flakiness.

And most importantly ... meet other girls. If this is the ONLY girl in your phone, then you're already probably acting too attached to her. Having other options is what allows you to walk away from a girl who's wasting your time or putting in little effort.

your problem is actually kinda ironic, you see. Because you care about being stood up, you will be stood up. Neediness ain't good
